Using RateLens

Use the service lawfully and respect others. Keep your sign-in details private. Do not submit spam, harassment, deceptive reviews, personal information about others, or content you do not have permission to share. Do not bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Fragrance information

We identify sources and distinguish exact fragrance editions where we can. Unknown or disputed facts may be omitted. Described notes are not an ingredient list, allergy assessment or guarantee of how a fragrance will smell to you. Similar listed notes do not establish identical scent.

Retailer listings

RateLens is not the seller. Listing prices, stock, shipping, taxes, authenticity claims and returns are controlled by the retailer or marketplace seller. Check the exact bottle, concentration, size, condition and total cost before buying. Candidate matches may differ from the fragrance you are viewing.

Community contributions

You remain responsible for your contributions. By submitting a review or choosing to share a shelf, you allow RateLens to display that content as needed to provide the feature. Reviews may be moderated, withheld or removed. You can withdraw reviews and revoke shared links through your account.

Availability and changes

Features, catalog facts and retailer availability can change. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete catalog coverage or a particular shopping outcome. These terms do not remove rights you may have under applicable law. Contact support@ratelens.com about a problem or these terms.
